  • If possible, let the dough rest overnight. When it rests well, it’s easier to shape.
  • If you want to use real chocolate chips, the result is even more delicious.
  • Be careful not to overbeat the dough after adding the chocolate chips, as they can break.
  • If your cookie ends up without visible chips, after shaping and filling, place some chips on top and press them in lightly.
